The undersigned (hereinafler referred to as &qout;Releasor&qout;) In consideration of Temple Mall allowing Releasor and/or Releasor's minor child(ren) to participate In the Boobaloo Kids Club at Temple Mall and for other valuable consideration the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged does hereby release and forever discharge Temple Mall Boobaloo USA LLC (EXCLUSIVE U S DISTRIBUTOR/LICENSEE OF &qout;BOOBALOO&qout; AND &qout;BOOBALOO WORLD&qout; FOR PUBLITIMEANIMAZIONI SpA - SETTALA (MI) ITALY) Publitime Anrnazoni SpA and their respective subsidiaries affillates assigns employees officers directors and members and partnerships all tenants and owners of land or property in or adjacent to, Temple Mall, and all of said parties' past and present agents, contractors, partners, servants, Insurers, officers, directors, members, employees, agents, predecessors, successors, and assigns, and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, and personal representatives (hereinafter referred to as &qout;Releasees&qout;), of and from any and all manner of claims, demands, damages, Injuries, costs, actions, causes of action, rights or suits of any kind or character, including claims for contribution, reimbursement, or subrogation which Releasor, and/or Releasor's minor child(ren), have or might have against Releasees or any one of them, including, but not limited to, losses or injuries to person or property, or both, resulting from, or in any way connected with, Releasor and/or Releasor's minor children's participation in the Boobaloo Kids Club and related events taking place at Temple Mall.

Information (ie name, address, email) collected through the Boobaloo Kids Club will be used for promotional use ONLY and will not be sold or distributed outside of Temple Mall All Boobaloo and Boobaloo Kids' Club designs, text, images, photographs, illustrations, art work, graphic material, or other copyrightable elements and Boobaloo and Boobaloo Klds' Club trademarks, service marks and trade names are the property of Publitime Anirnazioni SpA and/or its subsidiaries, affillates, assigns, licensors or other respectlve owners, and are protected wlthout limitation, pursuant to U S and foreign copyright and trademark laws
