MEET “OLIVIA” THE FAMOUS PIGLET FROM CHILDREN’S AUTHOR IAN FALCONER & STAR OF NICKJR. CARTOON
Temple, TX – Temple Mall and Borders will host an Olivia character event. The loveable piglet, from author Ian Falconer’s children’s books and star of NickJr’s cartoon “Olivia”, will be at the Kid’s Corral, in center court, March 20, 11am-2pm. Children are invited to meet Olivia in person and bring their cameras for pictures with Olivia. A day of exciting fun is planned including story time with Olivia, create an Olivia themed craft project, clowns, face painting and more. Also, children can register to win Olivia books & t-shirts. The first 200 children to visit Olivia receive an Easter themed goody bag.
In addition, the Easter Bunny will arrive in JCPenney court on March 20 at 10am. The Easter Bunny will be at the colorful Easter egg set, March 20 through April 3, Monday – Saturday 11am – 8pm and Sunday, 12:30-5:30pm. The Easter Bunny is available for photos with packages starting at $17, which includes two 3x5 pictures and a FREE $10 Shutterfly Gift Card. Every child that visits the bunny receives a free Easter activity book, “Painting Eggs”, no purchase is necessary to receive the book. Class field trips & story times with the bunny may be scheduled.
